Funding from the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation is supporting Maryland New Directions' Summer Job Search Walk-In Clinics, which provide Baltimore City residents ages 16 and up with resume, cover letter, job application, and interview assistance. The Clinic is open three days a week between June 1st and August 30th, 8:30-4:30pm, and includes hours on selected Saturdays throughout the summer. All services are provided free of charge. Funding from United Way of Central Maryland's Maryland Unites Fund will support Maryland New Directions new Youth Job Readiness Training Program, which will serve residents of the 21215, 21216 and 21217 zip codes, who are ages 16-25. This program will begin with a mandatory orientation for interested youth on July 9 at 8:30am and run from July 13-July 17.
